As a Pre-Sales Executive, you’ll be the bridge between our product capabilities and client needs. You'll work in sales, while having a close connection with the product and engineering teams to ensure that prospects understand how our AI solutions can address their pain points — and you'll help close the loop between technical clarity and business value.


Job Summary

  • Understand the product’s technical and functional capabilities in-depth.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify client requirements and present tailored product solutions as per the need.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations for potential clients.
  • Assist in creating proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and technical documentation as needed.
  • Address technical queries during the sales cycle and liaise with the product team for custom requirements.
  • Collect feedback from prospects and share insights to improve product-market fit.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or similar customer-facing role in SaaS or AI products.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical jargon into clear business benefits.
  • Experience with demo tools, CRM systems, and collaborative platforms (e.g., Notion, Slack, Jira).
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a startup environment.
  • Bonus: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, or experience with B2B SaaS products.
